If the site is getting in your way, tell us.

We want anyone who needs their windows cleaned to be able to get a price and reach us, whatever they're using to browse.
What we aim for
We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That means, among other things: every page works with a keyboard alone, focus is always visible, text has enough contrast against its background, images carry text descriptions, forms have real labels, the price in the estimator is announced when it changes, and animation respects your system's reduced-motion setting.
What we've checked
We reviewed the site against WCAG 2.2 AA and fixed what we found. Specifically, we measured the contrast of every text and interface colour against its background, walked the page with a keyboard, and inspected the accessibility information the site hands to assistive software to confirm every control reports a sensible name and role.
Known gaps
- We haven't had the site audited independently, and we haven't sat down with people who use screen readers daily. Checking the code is not the same as watching someone try to book a job, and we know it.
- Some photography on the site is decorative scenery. Its descriptions say what the photograph shows, which isn't always useful context for the section it sits in.
- If a dead link ever drops you on our "page not found" screen, it works without JavaScript — but some interactive parts of the site, like the instant estimator, need JavaScript to calculate anything. The phone number always works.
You never have to use the website
The form is a convenience, not a gate. You can get exactly the same quote by calling (541) 668-4533, texting the same number, or emailing hello@whychuswindows.com. If it's easier for you to describe the job out loud than to fill in fields, do that — we'll take the details down at our end.
Telling us about a problem
Email hello@whychuswindows.com or call (541) 668-4533. If you can, tell us what page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what you're browsing with. We'll reply, and we'll fix what we can fix.
We're a small local business, not a software company — some things will take us a while. But we'd genuinely rather know.
