Do you charge more for second stories?
No. Height is part of the job here. If we can reach it safely, it's in the quote.
What if it rains the next day?
Clean glass sheds rain without spotting. If it does spot, tell us and we'll come touch it up.
Do I need to be home?
No — it's exterior-only work. Plenty of clients leave a gate code and come home to it done.
How do I pay?
Card, check, or transfer after the walk-through. No deposit for standard residential work.
