Three things account for most of what we scrub off a Bend window, and none of them are dirt in the ordinary sense.
Bend water is hard, and a sprinkler head that clips the bottom of a window leaves mineral spotting that ordinary washing won't touch. Left long enough it etches the glass permanently. We can usually remove it — but it's quoted on-site, because how far it has gone in is something we have to see.
Fine pumice dust blows in from every direction and bonds to glass once it gets damp. It's also what steals output from a solar array, which is why most Bend customers who book panels book glass in the same visit.
August and September wildfire smoke settles as a greasy film that streaks badly if you attack it with a household cleaner. A September wash is a different job from a June one, and we price it the same.

We're based in Sisters, about twenty minutes up the highway. That means we schedule Bend work in blocks rather than dropping in one house at a time — so if you're flexible on the day, we can usually get you in sooner. There's no travel surcharge: Bend is the same $6 per window as our own street.
